A surplus fuel cell from NASA should provide all the power you would need. Of course you will have to find a place to mount the tanks for high pressure oxygen and hydrogen. Sorry sometime I can't help being a smart a@@!

Almost all european caravans / campervans or "rv's" have a Dometic fridge. They are pretty much standard seeing you can't get ice for love nor money. A couple of manufacturers are starting to use Thetford models now though; but they still work on the same technology.
