Those are just the screws to hold the sides of the lamp together so its easy access to change the bulb if needed or whatever electrical you have to get into...and yes it does have a little protection to prevent water coming in... forgot the word in English now...yikes. drip edge is it called

Did you notice the price on that light? :? Yup I paid 118 euro for each lamp.. and 2 of them... ok it only hurts once.... And that is about 150 USD
(each)...
   Wife almost ... lets say got upset :R

Euro Lights

Postby Toolie » Sat Oct 07, 2006 12:37 pm

CF,

There are some really nice spot lights on that page! I clicked on "tiedot" but the description didn't show up in English. I used my metric scale to determine the approximate size and a currency converter to determine the price. I now realize how much work you have to put in to shop on American websites! :o

I saw some lights I really want and the Euro price is not beyond what I'm willing to pay. I'm going to email the company to see what it will cost me to ship.

Thanks for posting that link CF!

If I can help you in anyway to receive them let me know.. Also let me know which lights it is that you would like.. TIEDOT means Details or Information. Sorry that website is only in the Finnish language.

Tilaan - Means to order.. on the left once you click that is a article number. Please let me know as to which one it is..

They have an actual paper catalog as well.. That is all in German. Mostly all of their products come from Germany. If they dont have it in stock it will take a week or 2 to arrive here.

There service has been very good but I noticed that the prices in the catalog are less expensive. Ok granted they handle everything. Including the warranty. They are the rep for the products here so of course they add additional prices on...

Best regards
