Ira,,, put the dame thing on Ebay and let some other electrical person figure it out,,, plug in a 120 volt light and have a bud,,,, life is way to short to get shorted out on a lect-trickle thingy that you prob aint gonna use anyway

You may want to get one a tester like this :thumbsup:

You can get one for under $10 and it may save your life, I keep one in my toolbox and check outlets whenever I do trade shows.
Or if you have a pesky rugrat have them stand in a puddle of water and touch the breaker box
