I'll take a photo of one this morning, but it is nothing more than 2 slightly different designs. One consists of a plastic 4 battery holder in series with a 3 battery holder. The other is an 8 battery holder that I've jumped out the #8 slot. From these I use the two prong (male/female) trailer wire connections. I then take the normal charge wires (for either the video) or made up a connector for the DSLR. On the battery side, positive is the female. On the camera side positive is male. I duplicate the battery side connection to my standard 120v connections.

I also made one 2-1 parallel connector and a 2-1 series connector. This gives me the ability to either double the available amperage or the voltage. So with a standard 2k AA I can get 8.4 volts and 2 amp or 8.4v and 4am or 16.8 volt and 2 amp, etc.

All electronic gear I have has been converted to use these connectors. Nice part is, even if not using rechargables, AA or AAA batteries can be found anywhere.
