If it's just for LED lighting, a computer fan & the phone charger, a 35 amp hour (AGM, a good one) wheel chair battery can be had for between $40 & $80, depending on the brand & quality. These are great batteries, durable, tough & charge up rapidly. Amazon sells one for $65 delivered. It weighs about 23# & is only 8" X 8" X 6", so it's very small & easy to tuck into a small space.
If taken down to about 15AH over night (more than what you have described in energy use), it would charge back up with a 40 watt solar panel in about 6 hours and be ready to go again the next day. You could even add a car type CD player, which only draws about 2-3 amps when running at reasonable sound levels, and have tunes with that size battery, if it didn't run for too many hours at night.
I say why not?
