12 Volt dilema revisited...

Anything electric, AC or DC

Postby 48Rob » Sat Jan 21, 2006 3:03 pm

Hi,

I don't know...but don't think so.

It came with a 120V to 12V power supply.
I believe it is just a household LCD monitor/television.

None of the paperwork gives a clue as to acceptable voltage range, so I'm trying to play it safe.

It worked :P :P

Sure took a lot of figuring to understand something so terribly simple, but now I know how!! :applause: :applause:

The switching relay works oh so well.
Plug in the power cord, and it disconnects the battery, and supplies power from the converter.

All faster than a fellow can blink!

Now I'll never have to worry about too much voltage from the charger.

Thank you all for your time, effort, and concern!
