Solar Blvd solar panels

Solar Blvd. solarblvd.com (as of 9/4/2016) has great prices for solar panels that can be mounted on a teardrop trailer:
Solar Cynergy 80 Watt 12 Volt Solar Panel only $59.00
Solar Cynergy 100 Watt 12 Volt Solar Panel only $80.00
Solar Cynergy 120 Watt 12 Volt Solar Panel only $96.00
Solar Cynergy 140 Watt 12 Volt Solar Panel only $112.00
Solar Cynergy 160 Watt 12V Monocrystalline Solar Panel only $115.00

 These prices seem compellingly good.

The 120 watt panel seems like the best buy because it will provide (more than) enough power for most users and fit on the roof of most teardrop trailers. Here are it's specs:
Model Name: PV-SC120J12
Number of Cells: 36 cells in series (4 x 9)
Max Power: 120Wp
Open Circuit Voltage (Voc): 21.0V
Short Circuit Current (Isc): 7.50
Maximum Power Voltage (Vmp): 17.0
Maximum Power Current (Imp): 7.00
Dimensions (inches): 50.98 X 26.22 X 1.38
Weight: 28.66 pounds

A MPPT solar controller can harvest 10 to 30% more power from a solar panel than a lower cost PWM controller. The Victron BlueSolar 75/15 MPPT Charge Controller - 15 Amps / 75 Volts seems like a good buy. It will work with a 12 volt solar panel up to 200 watts.

Thanks Estaban,
These are very good prices.
I have been ready to push the "buy" button from ebay for the same 140 W panels at just slightly less (by the time you add shipping).
The ebay store is shipping free which for me is a good thing given they will have to be shipped to the East Coast.

Bob (lrrowe), you can get 20 more watts for $3.00! The Solar Cynergy 140 and 160 watt panels are both the same size (inches): 58.31 X 26.22 X 1.38. If you have the room for one that size the 160 watt panel for $3.00 more than the 140 watt panel seems like a better buy.

Come on Bob

You got room for 4 x 72 cell panels pumping out 400 mega solar watts each, they are so big they will never fly off your roof.

Cheers ottct

I think I am going for three 160W units with a PWM unit. Fits my budget right now.
