I think you are referring to the shunt. Check to see if the two large lugs on it are removable. Mine were. No bracket came with it.
I used some 1/8" plywood mounted on the back (lug nut head) side of the shunt (or use any insulating material, don't use sheet metal!). You might be able to use something thicker depending on the length of the two main threaded lugs and then countersink for the lug bolt heads on a thicker material. Drill two holes so the shunt lugs will fit through. I made the ply big enough for a single screw to go through to mount to a wall or under cabinet. Wired it up and then screwed the whole thing up out of the way with the wood screw.
Make your leads from the shunt long enough to allow whatever movement you need to move the battery so you can access the lugs there as well. So maybe a six inch coil of slack from the battery wires tucked up and tie wrapped somewhere.
