What kind transfer switch can be used to bypass the inverter when plugged to shore power and best way to be wired.

Not sure why you would need an ATS but interesting. I never saw one that small before and cheap.

I have only one limited circuit that I run off the inverter. It is connected via a pigtail extension (the plug end of a heavy duty extension cord) that I either plug into the inverter or a dedicated receptacle that is connected to the shore power supply along with the rest of the circuits. It may not be the slickest solution but its simple and it works.

I used an unusual solution: I wired separate receptacles throughout. Shore power AC is accessed through white receptacles. With a flip of a switch, the inverter powers black receptacles if ever there is a need for AC power while boondocking.
