Yeh, we have had problems as well. Two things....meat on bottom and items like cheese that refrigerations isn't quite as critical on go to the top. Use caution loading things that are "warm" ...this will freeze other items as it cools.

I'll still take this problem as opposed to soggy everything from an ice chest.

The CF35 is almost exactly the same external size as a Coleman classic metal beer chest.
