I just went to the retail store for www.RvToyOutlet.com (which happens to only be a few blocks from my work in Anaheim) and purchased the Cobb Barbeque Grill and Skillet. Great deal, only $69.99 for the grill and $33.99 for the skillet. I printed a $10.00 coupon from the website. So my purchase came to $101.26 including tax.

So, I want to hear what everyone has made in their Cobb. Please share your tips and recipes.

THANKS! Tricia :)

I do not have the skillet, I just BBQ on it. I have done lots of steaks, tri-tip roasts and some blackened salmon. All very good, my favorite piece is the taters. I get small potatoes at Trader Joe's, drop then inside when I first light the fire. By the time I do the meat, the potatoes are done. I don't mind hard crusty potatoes so this works great for me and I finally has taters with the meat.
