I hate it when people forward bogus warnings, and I have even done it myself a couple times, but this one is important. So please send this warning to everyone on your e-mail list.

If someone comes to your front door saying, Al Gore sent them, they are checking for ticks due to the warming weather. Then lays out a white sheet on your floor and asks you to take your clothes off then dance around with your arms up...

DO NOT DO IT!! IT IS A SCAM!!
They only want to see you naked...

I was too embarrassed to tell anyone about this. I'm glad I wasn't the only one to fall for this.

Someone came to my door with a white sheet, but they looked at me and took off running.

I just thought it was a really confused trick-or-treater.

There's probably some law against scaring scammers.

I thought that political bashing was supposed to be off topic. It sure seems that there's a lot of Al Gore and global climate change bashing going on here. Maybe it's a sign that Republicans fear Al Gore will run again and get re-elected.
