From what I understand based upon my research into marine refrigeration holding plates, is that good old salt water is about the best eutectic (heat obsorbing) solution there is. Maybe my research is incomplete, but I thinks someone would have published the fact that a better solutions is out there. Common antifreeze is used more often that salt water, but primarily due to the corrosion problems with salt water.
