Buy the way, there are some very nice campgrounds "East" of the Rockies.

I realize that the West, Northwest and Southwest are excellent areas to camp but don't under estimate the rest of the US.

Boy, I need to go to some of these. I've stayed at some very nice campground that didn't even make the list. I'd like to see some that did. :thumbsup:

It isn't that these aren't great campgrounds, it is that they only seem to grade those that belong to their club. :thumbdown:

I noticed that several in Missouri that are wonderful.

Thanks for the input. So much for "The Camping Club.com" reviews.

I like the list that we have compiled in the forum since it is an eyewitness choice. I can trust the Teardroppers every time. :thumbsup:

Come on, they didn't even have the big daddy of campgrounds....Yellowstone.

I did take a little time to look at the sublists they did have one in the best of fishing in our state however they missed a heck of a lot. My wife did remind me that our favorite sites don't offer the creature comforts of camping with mowed grass.

It has several in the west; CA,OR,UT.

Buy the way, there are some very nice campgrounds "East" of the Rockies.

I realize that the West, Northwest and Southwest are excellent areas to camp but don't under estimate the rest of the US.

Thanks for the list Kurt. We'll be good. Truthfully MO has hundreds of private campgrounds that are only listed on this type of list.
