Best location for wall mount bottle opener

Postby Lawnjockey » Tue Dec 15, 2009 8:08 pm

This is as serious as it gets. I have an old fashion wall mount bottle opener and I am debating where to install it. If I mount it inside my buddies will be spilling beer everywhere and I really don't want those heathens anywhere near my bed. Besides if I am relaxing in my chair outside I would have to get up and move to open another cold one. So where on the outside would be best and why?

I'm thinking maybe every 12 to 18 inches so there is always one handy when the beer is cold.

I like the chair idea. I usually use the cooler for a foot rest, it helps keep the pilfering down. Usually I'll wake up when someone tries to move my feet, but not always.

What do you want an opener for?

I'd mount it aft of the tires. You don't want it by the door where they'll spill beer and leave bottlecaps.

Found the all stainless steel Starr opener on the 'Bay. It's outside 'cause the hatch might be sealed up late at night. It's in that particular location because that's where the framing is, and the DO table is going to be mounted on the curb side.

I like on your belt. I was going to say just keep it in your pocket. But that would be kind of tough.
