Good news for those of us who have been bemoaning the unavailability of Milkman powdered milk for a number of years.

I'm not a powdered milk fan but this stuff was good. It had a little cream in it so it tasted like real milk when reconstituted. I used it a lot for backpacking and then car and teardrop camping, and have been nursing a half case that I bought many years ago. We use it around the house when we run out of milk and sometimes in recipes (like bread machine bread).

I would make my own hot chocolate mix with Milkman. May have to start doing that again.

That stuff scares me after having been in the Army. At times they used powered milk and powered eggs to make pan cakes. A quart of syrup on a pan cake and not one drop got to the plate.
