12-Volt Blender

I was browsing Cabela's web site and found this 12-Volt blender.

Has anyone tried this or a similar blender. Do you think it has enough oomph to grind up ice for frozen drinks?

Nice but I think the one Kevin shows will definitly do the job. I do a lot of jeeping and we make are own from a small 12 volt import starter motor.You take the starter drive off the shaft, cut the shaft short and grind it square. Find an old blender top at a garage sale or thrift store and it will chop ice like crazy. 8)

Hey Kev,
My buddy builds those things using weed wacker motors...'cept he tweaks the motors real good and puts a tuned pipe on 'em.
They shoot ice about 15-20' in the air if you forget to put the lid on...
I'll see if I can bring one to the IRG.
