the thermacell works greats.refilled are a little expensive but its worth it.

Thermocell works great.

Apparently the repellant is the same or similar as used for horses. Hence a little stronger than OFF.

Not a repellant but Gin and tonic also helps;-)

Been using Thermacells (sic?) for years, they work very well in light to no wind. Southern swamp and woods hunters have used them effectively in some really harsh conditions. :thumbsup:

We collect egg cartons and coffee trays (picture below) to keep the bugs away...
you light them, blow it out and let it smolder like a pic.
A great and inexpensive way to keep the buys away, mostly this year it's FIERCE up here!

Yes! These are great to use! Let it sit next to you on the ground and it'll keep them away. I usually burn a pic in the sink of the trailer a few hours before bed.
