Never heard of it

Hello builders,

Never heard of a teardrop. This is realy a great drop.
I am from the Netherlands in Europe and I haven't seen here one after all this time. When I want to make such a teardrop, I have to use only european stuff. I was wondering, could I build it with TRESPA? This is a sort of plywood that don't need any paint on it. I guess for me it is not so very expensive, because I work in the woodbuiseness. For all the sparewood we have fallen out wood from the machines, so that won't be the costs. The other thing is my growth, I am almost 7 feet tall. And all of the plans I have found are a sleeping area of nearly 6 foot 7". That will be small.

Well, welcome aboard! Wish I could help, but I bet there's a few people here who can answer your questions. They're all great that way. Good luck and take lots of pictures!

Plans are good guidlines for building techniques. Build it to suit your length. Just think, it will be the only bed you have that fits you perfectly!

Greetings Henk

Trespa is a fabulous material in my opinion to use for building a tear..
I was looking at the stuff myself sometime ago..

Color choices are nice as well..

Classic Finn ;)
