You might be able to pull it off if you fasten the stop sign to the underside of your trailer where it isn't visible. One added advantage would be the extra ballast the block of concrete will provide to offset the weight of all the cast iron in your galley, gotta keep that tongue weight at the proper amount.

I'll have to agree with everyone else, you'd be much better off using something more suitable for the tongue material on your frame.
