TSC 4'x8' lug pattern question

I'm getting a big check back from the government, so I'm going to (finally) get started on my TD. I've decided to go with the TSC 4'x8' trailer. At some point, I'll want to get different rims/tires. What is the lug pattern, and what kind of offset does it use?

Here is some data on the TSC trailer for you.

hub spacing is 5 x 4 1/2

Tires are 4.80 x 12 load range "C"
Kenda Loadstar tire (or equivalent)
990 lb capacity at 90 psi
There is 3" clearance between tire sidewall and
frame
