I haven't started my build yet and am still thinking about how to do this. Mine is a bit tougher as I plan on going 5' wide on a 4 x 8 frame.

Are you going 4 foot wide?
My walls sit between the angle iron.
Lots of options there.

Chris:

I ripped a 2X4 the width of the side rails ,fastened them to the rails with nuts and bolts. My floor and sides rest on the ripped material all bolted to the side rails.

I used the TSC 5' wide trailer.

My walls are between the rails on that trailer. I used pressure treated 2 x 2's for the floor framing and attached the walls to that with titebond 3.
However before attaching the walls I applied two coats of epoxy to that bottom edge of the wall and a little up the side of the wall to protect it. The epoxy is only on the bottom edge and the outside of the wall. I didnt put any on the inside at all as it would have interfered with the bond using titebond III. After the epoxy dried I attached the walls to the floor framing.

Its the edge of the plywood walls that you really want to protect as thats where plywood would fail first from moisture.

Geez I hope that makes sense.
