seamless aluminium

I am looking for a supplier of coiled aluminium in southern Ontario. I would like to have it at least 60 inches wide, as this will allow me to make one piece for each side and one piece for to roof.

I would also be ok with USA supplier that could ship to Lewiston NY. I have often popped over the river for online purchases.

Do you have a galley? The tear I built, I used 4'x10' sheets for the sides and was able to get 5'x12' and 5'x10 for the roof and galley. So no seam except where the hinge is for the galley and the corners of the walls and roof.

I am planning 5 high and five wide. Tow vehicle is double cab Tacoma so I think the extra height will still be in the slipstream of the truck. I will have a rear galley

Ok similar layout to mine. I know you can get 5ft by 10ft sheets as well as 5ft x 12ft ones. From your pic the 12 ft ones should make it, but you would need to measure it to be safe. I originally got mine from Yard Metals. But I have found a local roofer/sheet metal shop that I can get them from and they will cut them to what ever size I need.
