We call her "Ole Girl". She's a 02 Grand Cherokee with a Clayton 6" long arm lift rolling on 33" Treadwright Gaurd Dogs. Custom drive shafts with SYE. Lots of other fun stuff.

OK, I'm in...

2014 Jeep Rubicon X. Wife has a 2009.

This is a picture from the third day of ownership of my 2014:

Image

Should not have gone on this trip without a winch, as the hill before this one was an awful bolder filled climb and no trees on the downhill side for about 600 feet. Good thing I have front and rear lockers and 4.21 gears. The winch arrived via UPS two days later.

This is what we do on a 500 pound dual sport motorcycle once we get where we are going (I ride my wife behind me through this crap, but someone needs to take pictures). This was a 14 hour ride in the pouring down rain.

Now that right there is a Traveling Companion! Dressed to wade into streams, Pith helmet on and fishing pole in hand , she's ready for whatever the trail brings! Oh, yeah. The rig ain't bad either.
I'm not dead, yet. I'm feeling better.
