Hmm, you know i have just been in the shed working on tear #2 and thought I would revisit this page.
And just realised I have been stupidly grinning to myself while doing so

A: because I know how long it took and how much thought went into it
B: how many bits I stuffed up during the build and re did
C: where i have been in it
D: how much fun I have had in it (maybe I should say with it)
E:The reaction I get from people with it
F: The fact I am going around again and this time my young bloke wants to help


How much damn fun is it building these little buggers ?

Magilla your teardrop looks awsome, i live on Lake Hume not far from dartmouth.
What type of vinyle did you use on your hinge and its durability, and also your corner moulding

Sorry about the delay in Replying Shane, its been yonks since I stopped by this forum, I am back with another build so may be back more often

The Vinyl is nice heavy vinyl , in this case used in trimming bus interiors. We used something similar to quick grip to hold it in place before fixing.
The trimming on the cladding is the same as used on caravans.
