I saw the rlcwelding.com in the window, so I tried to go there. Chrome tells me it doesn't exist?

Cliff, try RLCWELDING.com
I believe James in in Louisville KY!

James, nice clean job.
Reminds me of The War Wagon Movie for some reason.
Loved that movie!

Mad Max would be proud.

Loking forward to the inside.

I don't see the difference. URLs aren't case sensitive.

Short story: The web site is gone.

Long story: I had my site w/ yahoo but couldn't update my site and when it came time to change my cc info I couldn't do that either. To top it off, I couldn't transfer my domain name... :?

The new one will be www.rlcweldfab.com when I get around to making it. Hopefully over the holidays.

Thanks for the comments, I'll post some pics after it's painted and then start on the interior.

Nice job. Love the trailer. In what state are you located? Have thought about trying to organize an off road meet. Love to get a hands on look at your design. I have some experience with foam insulation. I recommend spray in. Its a lot more work . A LOT.... But it bonds to the trailer skin and becomes an integral part of the trailer. Reducing corrosion , leaks, and noise. Also adds stiffness. We used it in the "XPOD" exclusively with really good results. Fills all voids....Like I sed it is a ton of extra work and planning....But the results are worth the effort. I love the flat fender design. Would look great behind the CJ3-B we are building....I may plagiarize your design in the future.... But I will ask first.... Good luck on the rest of the project . Hope to see you on the trail soon....Boxcar...
God Bless....

Your trailer really shows off your welding talents and it will last for years to come. Good job!

Thanks for the compliments.

Boxcar, I'm in Louisville, KY.

The painter still has my trailer, hopefully I'll have it back before the end of the year.

Based on my research, a 4x8 sheet of 18 ga weighs about 63 lbs

I'll try to get a weight on the whole trailer when I'm done.

I pulled it home and put the windows in the doors, otherwise it has sat.

The weather has been looking better but I'm hammered with work right now...I'm eager to finish it but paying the bills comes first.

I'll try to get some better pics soon.

Thanks,

James

Still very little time to work on it.

I actually have a customer who wants it unfinished, so it looks like it will head west if/when we can work out the shipping details.

I'd still put in the slit windows and a roof rack, and he's going to have some tires/wheels sent to match his vehicle.

I'll keep posting updates as I do the work.

Thanks,

James
