Lock'n Roll on a HF or NT Trailer?

Postby Tobit » Thu Feb 13, 2014 1:19 am

Has anyone modified their HF or NT trailer to use a Lock'n Roll hitch? If so, I'd love to learn/see how you did it please.

I don't need to build a full-on off-road build but, due to the very steep hill climbs on the access road to my land, I believe a multi-axis hitch will be in order. Thanks.

Edit: I guess a MAX Coupler would also work.

I realize this is an older thread, but many of the off road travelers use the max coupler (which is what will be going on ours).

Watch the last video. This was his original made to see how much it could be put through. No wood, it's basically a total roll cage, and no damage was done(except to the microwave) as it also has skid plates underneath it. It's been on roads I wouldn't take my 4x4 on. lol He has built trailers forever and knows what he is doing. Awesome man to talk to knows his stuff in the overland community !!

It give a great video of the max coupler.
