Good grief, another Texan

This is the place where you can introduce yourself, and include a photo if so desired.

Why hasn't anyone found a dead bigfoot? When was the last time you found a dead deer, bear, coyote, fox, squirrel, etc. that died in the woods.........Hmmm.

Sparksalot,

Welcome to the addicting world of the teardrop forum. By the time you start your build you should have more hours logged in looking at some pretty cool stuff others have built than you will creating your own Taj Mahal on wheels.

I purchased the Kueffel Creek Cubby plans and intend to put it on a 5X8 trailer from Northern Tool (I think it's the same as the TSC trailer). The plans are very well put together. I only hope I have enough attention span to keep reading! Steve Frederick has a great reference manual with really good ideas an how to details that might be worth looking at as well.

Good luck with your build! I challenge you to see who can get the first build picture on the forum ( I keep planning & planning....) :vroom:

check my album. I have a pile of boxed trailer parts in the garage.

Actually, most of them are here now, laying in wait for the bolts/nuts to arrive.

I ended up ordering a RedTrailer 5x8 kit, with a 2000 lb axle/5 bolt hub upgrade.

So, where do folks put pictures anyway? Do a spearate thread, or in their album, or someplace else?

Oops, I missed this before.

I'm named after a hero, or a pirate, depending on country.
