Ira, my tear has been "done" for a year now and I still have not finished the trim on the outside, done any trim on the inside, and my hatch still doesn't close properly. So I guess I've been building for 1.5 years.

Rocky, and others, thanks for the encouragement, but I've been feeling like the little Steam Engine--"I THINK I can...I THINK I can..."

But mine ends with...

"I know I CAN'T."

Who the heck would have thought I would have to spend a day erecting an EZ-Up in the driveway, and spend two more days fixing it so we don't die when it rains heavily? (See "Ez-Up Collapse" in General.)
