Hey From PDX

Postby cablerunners » Thu Sep 21, 2006 5:40 pm

Hi All,

Well, I hooked! I'm planning to build an "Escape Pod" of my own!

I found a company that will build a flat bed trailer the way I want for about $500.00.

I'm eager to get started to hit the road next spring.

Welcome to the madness!

$500 is a good deal, that's about what I paid just for materials.

Thanks All!

Well, I've made my decision...

I'm going to build the "Generic Benroy"! :D

So many choices, and after looking over some threads, this is the best way for me to go.

And I have Mike and Everyone to ask advice if.... err when I need. ;)

I am having the Trailer Frame built for me. A Welder I'm not.

Now to start cleaning the garage to make room.

Welcome Phil,
You are now hooked with the obsession. You will have fun with your build, I know I had a blast. If you get stuck you can usually find the answer here. Just remember the price is pic's. I'm looking forward to watching your build.

Phil, I'm in Portland too and have already built the "Generic Benroy". If you have questions or need to see it, let me know.
