Hi from Victoria BC CA

Postby DarrenM » Tue Sep 26, 2006 2:38 pm

Hi there. Newbie here.
So a couple of weeks ago I was on a long drive to a wedding, and I started thinking about building a small trailer. Last winter I built a wood and glass kayak, and thought I could use similar techniques. On my drive I designed in my head what I thought would be a cool looking trailer. I was a happy camper. :D
Well last weekend I was on my way home from our cabin, and I mentioned my idea to a friend. He said “you mean a teardrop”? I said “huh”?

Got home and did some googling and here I am. 8)

Its a 22'6" Lightspeed Phantom.
No seat in the center - there isn't enough leg room even if you fab something.
We put the water and dutch ovens and such in there.

What nice weather? This is Victoria. You're supposed to complain about the horrible weather so no one else will want to move here.
It's actually :snowstorm: up here folks, not :relaxing: like some people would have you believe :MLAS
