Hi all:
Wanted to offer thanks to everyone posting photos of their builds and how they got to the finished state. I've posted my first photos of my attempt at a build...had the help of my 12 year old daughter who can't wait to get out camping (and I'm looking forward to having a place to take with me when watching the vintage car races).
Please be gentle with the critiques.
Sandy

Good job getting the sides up. Are you leaving it natural?

Looks good to me. But wait until you start building the galley. You'll change your mind on the layout at least a dozen times. ;) Your doing great, keep up the good work.

Thanks for the kind words.
Yes Aunti M it will be finished natural...I thought I can always put the aluminum on if the wood finish doesn't look good ;)
Boodro...the photos are taken at work, my garage doesn't have room for anything close to a teardrop build  . My bosses good graces have let me putter about after hours and weekends. I'll have to take it home to finish the interior, then you'll really see clutter.

I am by no means an expert, but you must be doing something wrong, your shop has way to much space and is way too clean.

Hi Sandy,

Nice profile you are building! You are off to a good start from looking at the photos. I hope that your girl can "help" in the build. It will be a memory that she will carry through her entire life.

Welcome Sandy. I really like that profile. I wish my daughters were older so they could have helped more.
