Hi all,

Just wanted to come out of the lurking shadows and say hello. I have just recently been bitten hard by the TTT 'bug' and I'm so glad to find a forum like this! The friendliness and support and the sheer amount of knowledge here is astounding.

I am still in the dreaming/planning stage but I hope to make a nuisance of myself real soon.

Richard, welcome to the board. Another Oregonian, that's two in two days. Check out the Dam Gathering of the Tears the first weekend of May down at Shasta. Info here
Stop on by and you can see about 60 tears to get ideas and meet a lot of really great people. Plus Grant Whipp will be there (he's the host) and a great source for teardrop parts.

If you have to bring a tent, I hear rumor you wouldn't be the only one.

Welcome aboard Richard. Yep you've come to the right place if you have the bug. I'm not so sure we can cure you but we can help show you how to enjoy what you have. Hope you have a camara and a good sense of humor. Two things you need to survive this crazy board. Again welcome.
Aunti M. will be along soon to give you the offical welcome.

Happy you found our little playground Richard. We will do all we can to assist you with your bug. Remember there is no cure. The only thing that helps is large, regular doses of pictures and camping. ;) :relaxing:

Enjoy

Welcome Richard. I am another southern Oregonian. Live southwest of Grnats pass, in O'Brien on the Redwood Highway. Built a couple basic tds. Kit style. Give a shout if you have questions or if you are in this neck of the woods. Good Luck. Hope to see you at the Dam Gathering. Jerry

Richard, Ditto on the Welcome aboard. I'm up in the valley. Have fun, and just to warn you, You'll have a hard time thinking about anything other than building. There are so many options you can do dependent only on your abilities and tools.

One of these days we'll all meet.
