Will post more pics , once I sort out the gremlins in my software!!!

The profile I used is the ultra-light from the design library - thanks to whoever did that profile and measurements. After that it was design as I go
My main worry was where I would get aluminium sheet here in Scotland. Fortunately the place was just along the road. 8'x4' sheet of 0.7mm (I think) was about £20 UK a sheet. I bought 4 sheets. Real problem was getting ply for the roof and ceiling . Bought 4mm from local B&Q (DIY superstore here) and it bent beutifully in the inner ceiling. The I stuck a few srews in at important places and it cracked everywhere like glass :x :x :x . So have used hardboard throughout. Did the job, just needed sealed. Anyway I'll post some more pics soon. Thanks for the help - an invaluable reference guide and it's free.

Incidentally, my cost of build so far to get to this stage (interior still required finishing) is about £200. Trailer was £2 at a farm auction. Door and frame was free from an old caravan. Just goes to show, theres no need to spend oodles of cash. :D

Very nice, Biz! I admire anyone who can design and build a teardrop without spending a fortune on it!
