Texas Cozy Cruiser Intro

Postby Sardines » Mon Feb 11, 2008 12:29 pm

So, I have been posting for a while and thought an introduction would be in order. My wife and I bought a used Cozy Cruiser Deluxe, (number 116) about a year and a half ago. We travel around Texas with it I drive and she takes pictures. OK, she drives too. I posted a bunch of her critter photos in our album. We are looking forward to retirement in about a year when we will put MORE miles on the Tin Can (as she calls it).

Hi Sardines and wife,

Welcome to the forum. Great pics, keep them coming. When you retire, you should have plenty of time for more.

See you around.

Brazos Bend State Park

Postby fireaunt » Wed Feb 13, 2008 11:42 pm

I see you went to Brazos Bend last week end! It was a nice weekend and if I had the new top skin on my Td Iwould have been there.
I am also new and have seen quite a few Texans on here.

Camera

Janie (Mrs Sardines) is the principal photographer. She takes the ones without her in them. (Though if you look at the black chinned Hummingbird really close, you can see her reflected in its eye!) I bought a Nikon D-50. We use it mostly with an 80-300mm Auto Nikkor Zoom. (The hummer was shot with a 28-70mm zoom, thus the reflection.)
