Pacific Northwest newbie

Hi everyone. I have been lurking for a while gathering information and inspiration. I have taken the first step and acquired the FH trailer and my first build will soon be under way. I'm slowly working on getting the trailer put together and modified while finalizing the plans. The goal is a simple build that is comfortable and water tight. while it will be stored in a garage when not in use, I do live in western Washington and that means it will be out playing in the rain from time to time. My day job is in property management where I started....well lets just say more than a few years ago doing maintenance. So I have the basic skill set that will come in handy on this adventure. Although this is the first time I have taken on a project this big from the ground up.
I have camped my whole life from backpacking to Rv's I prefer smaller campgrounds in national forests where its not always easy to get a site for a bigger rig. I enjoy fly fishing and having the bed already made and no tent to pitch allows for more time in the water. That will be the primary use of the trailer.
Hopefully there will be a build journal and pictures coming soon. Oh yea.... probably a lot of questions too. :D

Welcome, from a fellow Northwesterner (is that a word?) near Portland. I'm early on in my build as well. The information is vast and the experience invaluable in this forum. Enjoy!
