All that's left is to finish trimming and sealing the hatch, install struts so I can lift it, and put on the inside trim for the door and window. If I take my time I'll probably be done by the weekend after next.

That's a great looking tear! What is the outside made of? Was it a long project?

Been working on it since Black Friday and I think I can officially declare it "done" today! Outside is plastic "shower panel" from Home Depot.
