Me and my wife are planning on some epic road trips and we think a tiny trailer is the way to go, we know nothing about this though, so Im here to learn.

I don't think you will be disappointed. We used ours as a motel room , a in the wood get away, an extra bedroom at the in laws and the outlaws and have had dozens and dozens of weekends with our tiny trailer family and friends.
