Hello from Eastern Oklahoma

Postby mpulse » Tue Oct 10, 2017 9:33 am

Hello everyone I am new here from the small town of Porum, Oklahoma. My dad, who is a cabinet builder by trade and built trailers for a company back in the early 60s, will be leading this project. I have a 1953 Ford Customline coupe that I take to car shows. I have been noticing more and more teardrops at the shows, so I decided that is the logical next step. Just getting started on my trailer, which started life as a popup and had been neglected for years. It is 6'1'' wide by 8 feet long, I keep wondering if it will work.

So far we have stripped the trailer down to a bare frame, wire wheeled it, and repainted to match my car Matte seafoam green, re-ran the wiring for lights through the frame, will start the floor this Sunday.
