Not even a noob yet

Hi from Kansas City. I'm about to pull the trigger on a teardrop camper. I've decided to buy rather than lose a finger. :R I've been looking, reading, and planning for months. I can hardly wait to purchase. Then there's the long wait until it's "finished". Then I get to customize (aka ruin? ;) ) it. First thing I want to add is electric and lights. Solar is planned next (or at same time). So much to learn before then.

If you're planning to be camping anywhere in the MINK (MIssouri, Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska) area this spring and summer, I'd love to meet up and bask in the glow of some wisdom.

Look up Tearjerkers to find some group camping events.

welcome to the greatest site for TT if you are buying or having it built you will want the elect and lights done before it is finished you don't want to have to take it apart and add that stuff then try to get it put back together again thats just my 2$ worth. happy camping
