]hello everybody,i have looking around here for almost a year now and i have read alot of posts and got alot of insperation from this site.i have been wanting a trailer for a few years now and when i was looking for1 to buy within the money i wanted to spend it was all rotted out and needed so much work and new ones were out of my price range and cheaply built.since i have built a few cars i thought i would take up the challenge of building my own.i started with a pop-up and stripped it to the bare frame,i started a year ago last fall and i want to have it ready for summer of 2020 and get a feel for it and all the bugs worked out because we are taking it from the east coast of New Brunswick Canada and continue onto route 66 to california.1 coast to the other and my 65 pontiac bonneville pulling us along

That's fantastic! I love the idea of roadtripping with your old Bonneville. What kind of weight did you end up with? Does the Bonneville pull it well? What materials/method did you use in your build?

I expect that old Pontiac will be a great tow vehicle.
When I was a boy my dad liked Oldsmobiles and travel trailers, we never had troubles.
All his trailer buddies towed with those 60s and 70s cars with V8 engines and they all worked well.
