a big hello from PA

Postby gill2161 » Sun Jan 12, 2020 6:56 am

Hi all my name is gill i am a semi retired executive chef cook and planning to build a teardrop trailer to hang behind my motorized bicycle. i want to take it on a trip across country pretty much from PA to CA and use mostly the bike trails. I have a huffy beach cruiser style bike with a 48cc motor on it but thinking about going with a 66 cc so i can pull more weight and with that ill still be doing around 20 mph. But i am sure going to need help and advise because i am totally in the dark here with building something like that. it has to be super light weight and strong . i will post some pics later need to resize them.

Foam and PMF is what you need for light weight and strength.

Start here, and welcome to the asylum.
