Hello all, oldbill51 here from the thumb of Michigan, near North Branch. 68 years old and retired from GM Engineering for more than 10 years now. I love to camp, and currently have a 21 ft tow behind and a 8 ft pop up slide in pickup camper. I also own a Jeep JK and would love to have a camper I could pull behind the Jeep. In the past I have built a few old cars, and currently have a 29 model A roadster and a 32 ford pickup. Both are built in the traditional hot rod style. So I’ve got a workshop and a few tools already. My plan here is to lurk on this and maybe other sites looking for ideas and techniques to come up with my own teardrop trailer. Looking forward to future interaction with you folks. Bill
