Hiya. I'm Keith, newly-minted account holder of TNTTT. That abbreviation makes me think of Ninja Turtles.

What about me? Hmmm. I'm in Austin, TX. I've been tent or car camping all my life, have never had an RV. I want a teardrop or teardrop-adjacent travel trailer just so I can have air conditioning, which will open up my available camping season in Texas by a lot. I'm planning to rent my first teardrop for a regional burn event called Flipside, over Memorial Day weekend.

Researching the power draw for a 5000 BTU A/C unit is what brought me here. Looks like a cool place, I think I'll stay awhile.

If you are thinking about powering it with a battery, I think you're going to have a hard time running an AC on battery. It's better to plan on electric for that.
