Planning to start removing plywood walls and installing insulation on Thursday. Any best practices regarding cleanly removing the ply? It appears they are screwed in, nailed in and glued in some sections and they have strips running cross ways in several sections at the seams.

Yep, lots of patience and a well rested sense of humor, plenty of adult beverages and snacks, and a realistic, flexible, open ended timeline.
It could be a battle, you might see things you have never seen before and say things like "w, ww, wha, why, who, What The ****?!" But in the end you will prevail and be a better man for it.
This is the right time to inspect and address all the electrical wiring from stem to stern! Seriously!

Making progress. Floor covering/paint down with grit included in the covering. It turned out better than expected. Now painting the rest of the walls with interior paint and primer. Should be finished with painting by end of week.

-Then removable wheel chock platform gets painted and goes in to haul 6 dirt bikes (2 large and 4 small). This is a 2 x 8 sheet of sanded plywood 3/4 thick that will have all of the wheel chocks bolted through and will be secured via hooks to hortizontal etrack along the left wall of the trailer. Chocks will be mounted at roughly 45 degree angle and these are the wheel clamping chocks. Other wall will have same setup that is removable but with single tray bike racks setup for 8-10 bikes for race day. Each will be removable when needed but secured when being transported via several etrack hooks.

-Next - install maxxair fan and roof mounted a/c with slots already pre cut (currently have standard vents installed). Wiring run from these units once installed. I have a 6 breaker power box installed (let me know if anyone has best practices for running wiring from rooftop a/c or maxxair fan).

-Then insulation and furring strips on the ceiling followed by thin ceiling sheet material to finish this section.

-Etrack bunk beds for front most part of the trailer (the rear 8 ft of trailer will remain a garage). Debating about putting in framed wall to separate living space from garage area.

Pics to follow shortly.
