Thanks for the appreciation. I am planning on being at the Grove in July, so I'll buy you a beverage and we can check out our trailers in person.

Yeah, I'm trying to find some smaller flush mounted d rings. All the ones I am finding are too big for the job. I just need something that has a sturdy small ring, like 1/8" and everything I am seeing are 1/4" and larger.

Yes, I just mailed the registration for it. I'll probably leave St. George on the 11th or 12th and then drive s l o w l y (55-65) down to Bakersfield, then up I-5 to SF, then up 101 to the grove. UNLESS I hook up with somebody who is going a more scenic route and camping their way up.

Yeah, I've got a lot of places to go on my list. Close to home, the Arizona strip is good, once the roads dry out. Up in Escalante/Grand Staircase is good, too. There are a few good spots around Kanab.

We'll have to do a campout before it gets hot. Right now, it's a bit snowy up higher. Mesquite looked pretty good when I was coming through there Saturday afternoon.

That sounds good, if it warms up. I'm thinkin' it ought to. I'll keep it up on the calendar and let's touch bases in a couple of weeks to see how it is going. Pretty cold up here now. Supposed to hit high 20's on Sunday, but the weather is clearing then. Brrrrr!

I think you're going to get a major kick out of our Jefferson State gang.

Yeah, I've been checking out the archives, and it looks like a lot of fun. Thanks for telling me about this event.

It's looking like we may be up for the Valley of Fire trip. Are you still planning on doing it? I'd like to do some Dutch Oven cooking, also. My wife, Willa, works 'til 1 on Saturday, so we would be there Saturday evening, all day Sunday, and return to St. George on Monday morning.

Yes we are going to be there. I can stay as long as I want. It will be good to meet you and your wife. There will be lots of us. If all the sites are took up we will get you in a site with one of us. Do you need directions how to get there.
