I mounted the chock and a rail. Both need finish work. Chock needs bigger washers and my quickie paint needs a redo. Strap is holding rail for glue to dry. The rail is out of the pick-up camper I'm tearing down.

The rail is also a grab point for entering

Re painted and remounted with bolts.
My neighbor came over with bed plans- we aren't on the same page so I'm going a different way. When I say flush I mean flush

Funny you should mention ordering the shower pan. I am at the point where I need to order one also.
What are you thinking about? I think this is the lowest price I can find for a 24" x 36" one. $70 plus $20 shipping for me.

What are you looking for?

Mine came in today.

It looks good and arrived safe. I was concerned about shipping damage.

For the shower? I have 3 ideas.
1- what we call milk house wall - or FRB.
2- a 3-5 piece shower surround
3 - no wall or 1/2 wall and shower curtains.
My build is a slow in flux kind of thing.
Tonight I'm thinking of air mattress instead of memory foam. As I need a new mattress on my bed at home & already have new memory foam waiting for CT.

I have thought about hanging 4 shower curtains and creating a small room for quick showers or lining a wall with the thick plastic shower curtains

2 might be enough.

I have seen others use the FRB but the installation says you have to use a special adhesive. If I went that rout Id probably just screw it to a piece of particle board and caulk all the seams.

Use daisies and some kind of sealant. I've not glued it but is it the Liquid Nails that's safe for shower surrounds?

New to me pickup My Jeep is gone. To all that laugh at the Liberty it was a very good Jeep. I'll miss it and dislike keeping a payment on a vehicle. But I need something comfortable to drive with my limitations. Power seat and large foot well and I'm comfortable. Doesn't hurt that pickup will tow a lot better too.. Once again my mother helped me.

No word on where it is or when I'll get my shower pan and it's been about 4 weeks. They claimed 2-4!
