Got the hole cut, measured about ten times and cut once, just had to trim a hair on one of the corners. Tin snips did the job for that. Bought some SS screws and put three up top and three on bottom.
First pic is just sitting in and the second is all screwed minus the silicone

The inside view of the window, it didn't come with trim so I'll have trim with wood. And the shower is almost framed up.

That panic feeling when you go to start cutting holes in the sides is the hardest part. Looks like you breezed through it.

I still have not gotten over mine enough to start my cuts. Fortunately I have plenty of other tasks to focus on.

Sorry prem, that's not in the budget for me. I did get the last window installed. Started sanding all the wood for paint. Got the desk built and pre mounted it.

I've got about everything finished. All that is left is the trim work. My first trip is this coming weekend.

Well I'm basically finished with my conversion minus the painted trim work. I've been sleeping on a huge blow up mattress UNTIL this weekend. Man this 6"gell cooled mattress is comfy. I mounted it on four of these struts from the back of a pathfinder door. And then four gate latches (2 was to shaky). So up and outa the way my rzr has prop 3" of clearance.

Where did you get the shocks to build the bed and how was it set up?

My wife drives a Nissan pathfinder and i had to replace the 2 struts on her back door. So i did some measuring and found that 4 of these would work perfect! to get the bed up or down i just slide it in toward the inside of the trailer as the bed pivots up/down. the up part is a bit to awkward.
My next ? has any one used the trailer weight distribution hitch? my problem is I've got literally 0"S of tongue so no way to mount it? I'm looking at this and maybe welding it to the trailer frame?? good idea bad?? http://www.ebay.com/itm/Pro-Series-4990 ... 2d&vxp=mtr
