If your window was lower #4 may be easier. There's not a lot of room between the roof rack and the window . You could just remove the window and lower it. If you moved it down to be even with the top of your doors... that would be perfect. Then weld in extensions on the studs over the windows (actually probably can take what you cut from the bottom and move them up) and patch the side. With the awning over it, you probably won't see the patch, especially if you get a piece of the same color aluminum. I really don't see another way that will look right. But honestly, you could do that in an afternoon... not ideal, but workable.
I did #1 on my camper, but I had to remove the entire vent and install the Maxxair vent with the fan.
