We've done two more weekend trips since that one.
note *1 is we need to replace that stock fan with a fantastic fan. ASAP.
note *2 we need to take the old inverter out of the first CTC and put it on the new one for camping without shore power. I had forgot to do that several times before the last three trips.. lmao
note *3 I need to find out about wifi and cellphone boosters.
note *4 Checking out what it's going to take to install a RV awning on the side below my ladder racks...

If your window was lower #4 may be easier. There's not a lot of room between the roof rack and the window . You could just remove the window and lower it. If you moved it down to be even with the top of your doors... that would be perfect. Then weld in extensions on the studs over the windows (actually probably can take what you cut from the bottom and move them up) and patch the side. With the awning over it, you probably won't see the patch, especially if you get a piece of the same color aluminum. I really don't see another way that will look right. But honestly, you could do that in an afternoon... not ideal, but workable.

I did #1 on my camper, but I had to remove the entire vent and install the Maxxair vent with the fan.

I've not decided on the Awning yet.

I have installed a 42" 12v ceiling fan that I got on Amazon. 6 speeds and reversible, low amp draw. I'm also liking the wall switch and the remote that goes with it.

Good Gawd!!! If I were to put on of those in mine I'd have a constant headache
from it bangin' into my noggin. There's not but ~ 4" between me and the ceiling.
However, it does look good and should provide some welcome air circulation.

Trailer inside height is 6'6".
The motor with a 3/8ths plywood base is 4". The blade angles add 1.5".
I'm 5'10 and when I stand under it I have about 2+ inches between me and the lowest parts (the tips of the blades). So it all works out great for us.

Well, I already have to take my hat off to move around in mine, but I have a feeling I may be gettin' shorter. I KNOW I can't be gettin' bigger around, so must be shorter. Then again, I am too tall for my hair... so there's that..

We've taken 5 more trips since I last posted. Everything is working out great. I still haven't finished my tub yet though but it's very useable as a tub bath and for washing clothes in. LOL The idea of shower curtains all the way around was a hassle at best; so I'm fixing to order me a tub surround. I've already added a 12v on demand water pump for several sizes of tanks I may take depending on length of trip. That's working out well. Though it is a pain to connect that pump from a tank up to my external source plumbing system for the time being. I really need to figure out how best to add a second source from that 12v pump that won't leak. Would make things a lot easier.
I've also added a 2500 watt Inverter to run my refrigerator while I'm driving to my next stop. I added a second battery to my system to make that last longer. 8 hour drive hasn't been a problem so far.

We decided to add a wire shelf above the bed headboard to hold the clothes bags on with bungees. Not the best look since it's a V-nose but that curtain we had there works out great to hide it still. Makes more room on the sides of the bed for walking clutter free.

I really need to figure out a way to carry my sewer lines outside the camper. I really don't want to put them on top in PVC pipe but seems to be the only way to carry them outside so far. Any ideas?

Good to hear from you again.
I can't remember where I saw it, but a guy was using sections of vinyl rain gutter suspended underneath right in the area of the black tank. It seemed like easy access and no fighting to get hose in a tube. I'll try to find it, but I'm sure you get the idea.

This is a pretty elegant solution. The sliding tray feature is just what I've been looking for. I'll shoot this over to Tommy once the storm is over. This should be right up his alley. And... a possible upgrade? Could be handy. Check it out.
